Terms & Conditions. How we get your stuff to you.

Just look at our steam engine that makes daily runs to our local post office, loaded with your orders! No wonder that with technology at that level, we are able to get your packages to you within a matter of days. If you would like to know how we do it, please read on.


We offer a 40% discount on 5 or more copies of the same title. This is the same as getting 5 copies for the price of 3! The discount will be calculated automatically during checkout. So order 5 or more copies of the same title and save BIG!

Payment methods

You can place your order online and pay with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) or PayPal. You can also mail us a check or money order, payable to “Deep Snow Press” (click here for our mailing address). If mailing in your payment, please include a note with your shipping address, titles and quantity for you order, and correct shipping costs (see below). Please note we do not make retail sales in the state of Missouri. Thank you!

Shipping cost

US customers pay $4.49 per order plus $0.50 per each item.
International customers pay $9.99 per order plus $4.99 per each item.
Gardening books count as 2 items each due to their size.

Shipping method

We ship all orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail (or First Class Air Mail for International destinations). Your address must be serviced by the Postal Service (PO Boxes and APO addresses are fine).

Delivery times

We process most orders within 1 business day. After that, Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days within the US, and 2-3 weeks internationally.

Tracking your package

All packages have tracking numbers, which will be e-mailed to you automatically if you provide us with your e-mail address. You can then track your package at the website.

Insurance, Loss, and Damage

Due to the very high reliability of the Priority Mail service, we do not normally insure the packages we ship. Unless you purchase insurance during checkout, you agree that we are not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit. We encourage you to purchase insurance for International shipments, especially outside North America, Australia, and Western Europe.

Sales tax

If we are required to collect sales tax for your jurisdiction, it will be automatically added to the order total during checkout.


All international customers are responsible for customs dues or other taxes & fees that may be levied in your country. We will not accept orders returned to us due to customer’s failure to pay the customs dues / fees in a timely manner.

Returns & refunds

We guarantee that all products we sell are brand new (unless otherwise indicated), genuine and free of damage. All items are non-returnable. All sales are final. No refunds. Your order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed. Please check your order carefully prior to checkout to make sure it is accurate. If you are registering for an event, the cancellation/refund policies are spelled out in the event description.


We respect our customers’ privacy. We never sell or otherwise share any of our customers’ information, including e-mail and phone number, with any organization or individual (except as is necessary for fulfilling your order). The e-mail address that you provide upon checkout will be reserved for order-related communications only, unless you choose to join our e-mail list (from which you can then unsubscribe at any time).


Shopping at is 100% secure. All information you provide during checkout (including your credit card number) is encrypted and cannot be viewed by any third party. We use a secure payment processing engine to securely operate the shopping cart and process payments.
